Data Export uses your default currency assigned within your Shopify store settings. However, you can change the currency format within your data set settings. Our Report Pundit tool supports multiple currencies within reports.

When using your Data Export account for the first time, we must perform a complete record synchronization of your Shopify store. Although you will be able to view and access most parts of Data Export, you won’t be able to create/build reports until synchronization has completed. This ensures your data is 100% accurate.
Data Export (Dayspring Technologies Private Ltd) automatically removes your personal data within 48 hours of account cancellation.
When you login to your Data Export account for the first time, we automatically synchronize all of your Shopify records. This can take just a couple minutes or longer, depending on the size of your database. Returning visits require much shorter sync time

For Basic, Shopify, and Advanced plans, we sync the last 200,000 orders. For Plus stores, Data Export sync the most recent 400,000 orders.
